DK & SONS started its career in gemstone manufacturing in 2008. First, we provide the service of scratching the diamond. We scratch polish diamonds of 2000 carats a month. By 2009, there was a 20% consecutive increase to 2018. Before 2018, we scratch only natural or polished diamonds. After that, we started Lab Grown Diamonds manufacturing and their polishing of 5000 carats. This was a massive boost to our company.
In 2021, then we started Diamond Rough Tender. Also, the company name before 2021 was Diamond King. In 2021, the company name was upgraded to DK & SONS. After that, in 2022, we started polishing diamonds of 5000 to 6000 carats a month. Then in 2023, we started making real diamond jewelry, and gemstones.

How We Manufacture?
The process of transforming a rough diamond into a polished diamond involves several steps. First, the rough diamond is analyzed to determine the best way to cut it. Then, the diamond is marked and cleaved or sawn into smaller pieces. These pieces are then shaped into a round shape through a process called bruting. After bruting, the diamond is faceted, where it's cut and polished with a series of increasingly finer grits to enhance its beauty and maximize light reflection. Once the faceting process is complete, the diamond is cleaned and graded based on its cut, clarity, color, and carat weight. The process requires skill and attention to detail, and can take several weeks to months to complete, depending on the size and complexity of the diamond.
